The prices given are gross prices in PLN, 7% VAT is included.

ORDERS
Orders in the online shop can be placed 24 hours a day, all year round. Orders placed on weekdays after 7 PM, on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed on the next working day.
It is necessary to fill in the registration form correctly to have the order fulfilled.
Orders will be fulfilled within 1-3 days after being placed.
A receipt or a VAT invoice is enclosed to each shipment. NoniPolska.net issues VAT invoices. To receive a VAT invoice inform us about it while placing your order and specify the company's details.

Ordered products are shipped in the following way:
- Poczta Polska parcel by priority mail
- Poczta Polska parcel by economy mail.

RETURN OF GOODS
In accordance with Ustawą z 2 marca 2000 roku a customer is entitled to return products purchased from an online shop without stating a reason within 10 days after receiving the products. A ustomer is entitled to return products purchased from an online shop without stating a reason within 14 days after receiving the products. However only if the product has not been used and has not been damaged in any way. Otherwise we reserve the right to refuse to accept the returned goods. The number of bank account to which money is to be returned must be enclosed to the returned goods. You cover the cost of shipping the package back to us. Your money will be returned within 7 working days following the receipt of goods by the company. We do not collect packages shipped COD at our expense.
